This was my first adventure with cello. I had only been playing cello for half-a-year upon creation and completion of this song. "Motivate" is comprised of multiple tracks of cello, beat programming, Tibetan Singing Bowl, iron hand-spheres, and a lovely little Wood Thrush (and surrounding friends) singing his broken melodies just outside the apartment window.
